Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Q. Which courier service do you use?
A. We use The Courier Guy.
Q. Will I be able to track my parcel?
A. Yes. Both the email address and mobile number you provide on your order are entered into the waybill booking form. You will receive notification of your parcel delivery directly from The Courier Guy as soon as it is booked.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 2 - 5 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location.
Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?
A. It will usually take up to 3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
Q. Do you ship Worldwide?
A. Unfortunately not yet! However, we have plans so watch this space....
Q. Is shipping really FREE for orders over R650?
A. YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on all orders over the value of R650.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in ZAR - South African Rand.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an invoice with the order number after placing their orders.
